REVIEW...Red Hot Christmas (The Pride #5) by Jill Sanders

Kindle Edition, 272 pages
Published October 20th 2014 by Jill Sanders (first published October 20th 2013)

Amber is new to Pride. As the new manager of the Golden Oar, she has big plans for helping make it one of the finest restaurants along the Oregon coast. But when she moved into town, she hadn't count on running into, and almost killing, the most gorgeous man she'd ever laid eyes on.

Luke thinks he knows what he wants out of life. That is until the woman he's been waiting for all his life takes him down. Literally. Now he's out to prove he's not just another man-boy, but someone Amber can trust and come to love.

My Thoughts…

Red Hot Christmas is the perfect holiday book.     Pride is the perfect small town setting for Luke and Amber to find each other and learn how to open their hearts, accept their futures, and find their forever families.

Luke and Amber are the perfect couple.   Together they support, they protect, and they nurture each other.   Any doubts between them seem minor when they discover their love.   I love that there is so much more to the two of them than just each other.   They have friends, jobs, and histories that have a big part in their lives.   They also have families, for better or worse these families have an effect on their future and current relationships.

This is the first book in the Pride series but I’ll certainly be looking for more.   I recommend checking out Jill Sander’s books and falling into a great series, with great writing, and great characters.
